Loyal fans of the actress are calling for that a man who jumped a fence and seized the celebrity during Thursday's Wicked: For Good debut be arrested or removed from Singapore.

A viral clip depicts the individual from Australia pushing past camera operators and rushing toward Grande while the actors proceeded down a promenade accompanied by supporters.

Cast member Cynthia Erivo quickly guided the surprised performer away from Mr Wen, who was seen being led away of the premiere by event staff.

Mr Wen shared on Instagram Thursday evening that he was "free after being detained", though legal records showed that he was set to attend court on Friday morning. It is unknown if he was formally accused.

Record of Event Invasions

This is not an isolated incident for Mr Wen, who labels himself a "Troll Most Hated", has disrupted a celebrity gathering. His Instagram account includes videos of him interrupting other star-studded functions, including breaching the performance area at the artist's Sydney concert in recently and in a comparable manner during The Chainsmokers concert in the area last winter.

"Measures must be taken taken against him as this is evidently a legal violation," wrote an Instagram follower, in a message to a video Mr Wen shared of his act.

"Oh wow so you do this a lot... how aren't you in jail?" a different Instagram user wrote.

Supporters Express Concern Over Grande's Safety

Numerous followers criticized Mr Wen for "re-traumatising" Grande, who had spoken of suffering from post-traumatic stress disorder after a suicide bomb attack at the end of her May 2017 show in Manchester, resulting in the death of 22 people and injuring numerous individuals.

"The star has endured numerous terrifying experiences... including the Manchester tragedy, and you believed breaching security was amusing?" said one more response on Instagram.

Several supporters also faulted guards at the premiere for not being sufficiently alert; while others requested digital services to block Mr Wen's uploads.

Reaction and Event Details

In footage spreading on the internet, Grande seemed startled when she was touched by the intruder. Her fellow actors Michelle Yeoh and Erivo can be observed comforting her while Mr Wen was removed by staff.

Grande has remained silent on the event, and the premiere activities carried on uninterrupted.

Many of attendees had assembled in a crowd of emerald and rose at the Wicked: For Good Asia-Pacific debut in a Singapore shopping center, including several who had stood in line for as long as many hours before it started.

The film, to be premiered on 21 November, is the second of a dual interpretation of the well-known theatrical musical Wicked, which revolves around the unexpected bond between two contrasting characters.

The show itself is a spin-off of the classic children's novel The Wonderful Wizard of Oz.

Grande, who acts as the good witch Glinda, was decked out in a champagne pink glittering gown at the premiere while Erivo, who acts as the wicked witch, wore a elegant ensemble featuring roses.

They were accompanied by fellow actor Jeff Goldblum.

The first movie, Wicked, was the top-earning movie of the previous year in the UK, and scored 10 award recognitions, securing a pair for outstanding attire and set decoration.
